From the outset, our vision was clear: to help people not just survive the pressures of work but to thrive in it.

A Journey of Collaboration and Vision

It all began about a year ago, when Supriya approached me and we first sat down to discuss a common concern we had both observed in the corporate world: the growing levels of stress, burnout, and disengagement among professionals. As two individuals deeply passionate about wellness, we saw a gap in how corporate environments were addressing employee wellbeing — and more importantly, how they were overlooking the critical balance between performance, stress management, and the need for rest.

At that moment, we realised we could make a difference. Together, we embarked on a mission to create something new and meaningful from the old and ageless wisdom of Ayurveda — something that would resonate with today’s fast-paced professionals and offer real-time, practical solutions to their daily struggles. Thus, Jivita’s Corporate Wellness Series was born.

The Vision: Supporting the Wellbeing of the Modern Worker

From the outset, our vision was clear: to help people not just survive the pressures of work but to thrive in it. We knew the key would lie in a holistic approach — addressing stress, improving performance through mindful pacing of routines, and instilling the importance of proper rest.

We added together our expertise in mindfulness and stress management techniques, focused on productivity and creative flow, drawing from our experiences in optimising performance through correctly timed daily routines. Together, we blended our strengths into a comprehensive series of three talks and workshops, designed to fit seamlessly into the busy lives of corporate professionals.

A Year of Refinement and Collaboration

The past year has been one of incredible growth. What started as a few brainstorming sessions evolved into a deeply researched, well-rounded series of programs. We spent months refining our approach—testing our ideas in workshops, receiving feedback from corporate leaders, and tailoring our content to meet the unique needs of the modern workplace.

Through our collaborative effort, we developed strategies that professionals could use in real-time — whether they’re in the middle of a stressful meeting or facing a tight deadline. Our workshops also emphasise the importance of pacing — helping people understand how timing and rhythm can unlock higher levels of creativity and productivity.

One of the most exciting aspects of our work has been promoting the value of restful sleep and rest during daytime. In a world where “hustle culture” reigns, Supriya and I wanted to show that rest isn’t just about recovery — it’s a powerful tool for sustained success. By embedding rest into daily routines, we aim to help workers achieve a better work-life balance and improved mental clarity.

Ready to Launch: Bringing Wellness to the City Workers of London

Now, after a year of hard work, we are thrilled to announce that Jivita’s Corporate Wellness Series is ready to be aired to the city workers of London.

We have seen firsthand the positive changes our approach can bring, and we are excited to extend these benefits to the fast-moving professionals of London. We believe that with the right tools, anyone can learn to thrive in today’s demanding corporate world.

As we prepare to launch this series, our hope is that it will not only reduce stress in workplaces across the city but also foster a culture where rest and wellbeing are valued as keys to sustainable success.

We are grateful for this journey and are proud to share what we’ve created with you.

Towards Hunger Moon

I invite you to visualise yourself as a hunter-gatherer in the wilderness. What would you eat generally and what would you expect to find at the end of winter?

A Painful Description

Pain is undefinable. It is an energy, a force that drives our behaviour, similarly to the mind. We cannot define the mind but we know it exists.

The earlier the smarter

Spotting surfacing feelings and acting on them is an easy and practical way to manage health. The earlier you spot an imbalance the smarter you are.
