This luxury treatment package starts with a soft foot scrub made of Himalayan rock salts and herbal oils. Warm oils are used for the subsequent full body massage which relieves tension and pain from neck, hips, back and legs. The treatment is topped up with an organic face treatment and finished with a soothing foot massage.

Extra CBD Oil £20
Incorporating hemp CBD oil topically into a massage has been found to help reduce blood pressure, alleviate stress and speed up the recovery of muscles that have experienced injury or overuse. CBD can help to naturally reduce pain and inflammation in muscles and joints. CBD has potent anti-anxiety properties and an incredible ability to induce calming, relaxing effects, the reason why CBD oil massage is both relaxing and invigorating.
Garshana and Abhyanga
Detoxifying raw silk glove massage helping to decongest stagnated lymph, reduce puffiness and feeling of heaviness. This friction causing treatment helps to alkalise the blood by creating static electricity on the skin. This action also causes the oxygen to change into ozone creating a highly rejuvenating and relaxing treatment package for the skin and the whole body. This vigorous dry rub is followed by abhyanga, a 60 min long deeply relaxing full body massage creating a holistic experience for body, mind and soul.

Quick Detox – 2 Detox Massages, 2 Enemas
This fast detox program has been designed to quickly stimulate the body and mind and empty the contents of the colon in a safe and efficient way. It gives an excellent kick-start for a weight loss diet stimulating digestion and metabolism and creating a state of balance and relaxation vital to efficient functioning of the bodily systems.
Package includes and
2 Udvartana powder massages – One hour full body massage with ayurvedic herbs and oil to create an exfoliating and detoxifying effect which promotes lymphatic drainage and improved circulation. Finish with a 10 minute infrared sauna blanket to further release toxins.
2 Enemas – Oil based safe and efficient procedure to nourish good gut bacteria and flush out bad bacteria and residues.
